About CA Reverse Mortgage

History

In the summer of 1991 the FHA office in Sacramento was "shopping" for a company to do reverse mortgages. The legislation for the reverse mortgage was passed by the House and the Senate and signed by the President in 1989. However, the implementation of that thoroughly new concept was sputtering. It took 3 months to obtain a manual. With some help, we funded our first reverse mortgage in April 1992. That got Lloyd's interest in this product so that is how Senior Loan Center was born.

Bonnie and Lloyd Daniel started Senior Loan Center in 1994. Senior Loan Center grew and grew and got the program really rolling. In fact, the SF FHA office presented them with an award for helping seniors stay in their homes.

In 1998 Financial Freedom purchased Senior Loan Center. The Sacramento Office become the processing center for Financial Freedom. But after 4 years, Lloyd and Bonnie missed the days of having a small 'mom and pop' operation.

Lloyd and Bonnie are the founders of CALIFORNIA REVERSE MORTGAGE COMPANY! Their motto is 'We will continue to give you the great service you deserve and we treat every customer with the respect and personal attention we would want our own family members to have!' They are well known in the industry and have the years of experience with these products to get the process flowing smoothly!
